What You Need On The Day

Two requirements.

This is a hands-on build session, and the whole day runs inside Claude Cowork, so everyone is on the same page. ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools stay closed for the day.

1. Your own laptop

Windows or Mac. Laptops are not provided. If you can open your inbox and copy-paste, you can do this.

2. A paid Claude Pro account

The workshop runs on Claude Cowork, which needs a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise; the free plan will not work). US$20/month, cancel anytime. Without it you will spend the morning playing catch-up.

3. Claude Pro setup guide + 2-minute video (with the questionnaire) Subscribe, install the desktop app, find the Cowork button. We'll help if you get stuck. This must be done before the day.
4. Three pre-built AI Assistants + mock data pack (3 days before the workshop) One-click install links for your Cowork workspace, plus sample meeting notes, client enquiries and templates so the Assistants have something to work with from the start.

Questions before you book.

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. We build the AI Assistants together, and the workbook has every prompt you need to follow along. Three roving facilitators are in the room all day.

What's Claude Cowork and do I need it already?

Claude Cowork is Anthropic's team AI workspace, connected to your email, files and spreadsheets. Learn more at claude.com/product/cowork.

You need a paid Claude account (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) and the Claude Desktop app on your Windows or Mac laptop. Claude Pro costs US$20/month billed monthly, or US$17/month on an annual plan.

Have it set up before the day. Our post-registration email includes a 2-minute install video and a step-by-step guide.

What if I can't make it on the day?

Refunds up to 7 days before the event (Wed 17 June). After that you can transfer your ticket to a colleague. Let us know who's coming so we can re-route your pre-workshop emails.

What does it cost to keep using the AI Assistants after the day?

The 3 AI Assistants, the workbook and the mock data pack are yours. The only ongoing cost is the Claude Pro subscription that powers Cowork, one monthly fee, cancel anytime.
