What You Need On The Day

Two requirements.

This is a hands-on build session. To keep everyone on the same page, the whole day runs inside Claude Cowork (we are not using ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI tool on the day). These are all great tools - we'll focus on Claude Cowork on the day.

1. Your own laptop

Windows or Mac. Laptops are not provided. If you can open your inbox and copy-paste, you can do this - no coding or tech background needed.

2. A paid Claude Pro account

The workshop runs on Claude Cowork, which only works on a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise - not the free plan). US$20/month, cancel anytime. Without it, you'll spend the morning playing catch-up - and may not walk out with everything finished.

3. Claude Pro setup guide + 2-minute video (with the questionnaire) Step-by-step walkthrough: subscribe, install the desktop app, find the Cowork button. We'll help if you get stuck. This must be done before the day.

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. We build the AI Assistants together on the day - and the workbook contains all the prompts you'll need to follow along. If you can open your inbox and copy-paste, you can do this. We've also got 3 roving facilitators in the room during the day.

What's Claude Cowork and do I need it already?

Claude Cowork is Anthropic's team AI workspace - connected to your real email, files and spreadsheets. Learn more at claude.com/product/cowork.

To use it you need two things: a paid Claude account (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise - not the free plan) and the Claude Desktop app installed on your Windows or Mac laptop. Claude Pro costs US$20/month billed monthly, or US$17/month on an annual plan.

You'll need it set up and ready before the day. Our post-registration email includes a 2-minute install video and step-by-step guide.

What if I can't make it on the day?

Refunds up to 7 days before the event (Wed 17 June). After that, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague - just let us know who's coming so we can re-route your pre-workshop emails.

What does it cost to keep using the AI Assistants after the day?

The 3 AI Assistants, the workbook, the mock data pack - all yours, no ongoing fee. The only ongoing cost is the Claude Pro subscription that powers Cowork itself - one monthly fee, cancel anytime.
