I'm Bart Puszko. When you work with Blue Seas AI, you work with me, on my direct number.
"I believe that as an SME owner, you should have access to the same technology as a corporation with unlimited resources. That's what we do - we level the playing field, so you can take a week off with your family and not have your business break while you're away."
Before this, I spent 16 years in financial crime, risk and continuous improvement for major banks across Australia and Europe. When Commonwealth Bank was hit with a $700 million AUSTRAC penalty for anti-money laundering breaches, I was brought in to help build the quality assurance team that fixed it. I took that operation from 20 people to over 100 and built five teams across APAC.
That's where I learned what I do now: take broken processes, build systems around them, and make them run without anyone watching.
The difference is I now do it for firms with 10-80 people instead of 50,000. And instead of a hundred-person team, I use AI.
The AI side is hands-on, and has been since the week ChatGPT launched in November 2022. I've built with it daily since: chat agents, voice agents, email systems that file straight into Smokeball, document generation, AI search. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and n8n, whichever tool the job needs, running live in client businesses.
Blue Seas runs on AI systems we built in-house: our pipeline, our project boards, our weekly operations. Each system we recommend has already done its shift inside our own business.
The same thinking that helped banks manage billion-dollar risks now helps a 20-person law firm, Catton & Tondelstrand, recover $1.3M a year in productivity.
The method is called Handover AI. Engagements start with a map of your operations, a score for each process against AI readiness and cost drain, and a 12-month roadmap, all before a single system is built.
Some clients want us to build their AI systems. Others want to learn alongside us. Either way, when a firm director sees what their team can do once the admin is gone, that's what makes this worth it.
I look forward to working with you.

Bart Puszko is the founder of Blue Seas AI, a Sunshine Coast consultancy that builds and manages AI systems for professional services firms. Before AI, he spent 16 years in financial crime, risk and continuous improvement for major banks across Australia and Europe. He has built with AI daily since ChatGPT launched in November 2022, and Blue Seas runs its own operations on AI systems built in-house.
16 years in financial crime, risk and continuous improvement, building the systems that helped big banks manage billion-dollar risk. That background is why every Blue Seas engagement starts with the numbers: if the return is not there, we say so and we do not build it.
Blue Seas builds the AI systems and runs them, and each engagement is aimed at making the firm AI-first. The Catton & Tondelstrand case study shows what that looks like in practice.
Yes. Blue Seas won the 2025 Sunshine Coast Business Award for Advanced Technology, was an Australian AI Awards finalist in 2025 and 2026, and Bart has been a Queensland Government AI Mentor since 2024.
Blue Seas AI is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and works with professional services firms in Brisbane, across South East Queensland and Australia-wide, including law firms, accountants, valuers and brokers.
Whether it's a boardroom strategy session, a workshop at the Sunshine Coast Libraries, or your first AI system going live, I'm there.
