Before Blue Seas AI, I spent nearly two decades in financial crime, risk, and consulting for major banks - in Melbourne, London, and Warsaw. I was brought into Commonwealth Bank of Australia after their $700 million AUSTRAC fine. I took their quality assurance team from 20 people to over 100, built and managed five teams across APAC, and helped turn around processes that were broken at a scale most people never see.
Two and a half years of building systems under pressure, under scrutiny, with no room to get it wrong. That's where I learned what I do now: take broken processes, build systems around them, and make them run without anyone babysitting them.
