The Blueprint states, on its first page, the recoverable productivity it has found over twelve months, at your firm's own rates and volumes. If that figure is below the Blueprint fee, the deposit and any Scan fee credited to the Blueprint are refunded, no balance is due, and the Blueprint is released to you regardless.

What does Blue Seas AI do?

Are you AI consultants on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane?
Yes. Blue Seas AI is an AI consultancy based on the Sunshine Coast, with a Brisbane office at Level 34, Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street. We do three things: AI consulting and strategy (the AI Scan and the AI Blueprint), AI systems built into the tools you already use and run for you, and AI training for your team. We work with businesses across South East Queensland and Australia-wide.
Do you do AI strategy, or only build AI systems?
Both. Most firms start with the strategy. The AI Scan takes up to two hours and shows where AI pays off first (an AI readiness assessment). The AI Blueprint turns that into a 12-month plan (an AI roadmap) of what to hand to AI and what never to. Then we build the systems into the tools you already use and run them, coach your team, or Bart joins your leadership team part-time as your Chief AI Officer.
Do you run AI training and workshops?
Yes. Team AI Coaching/Mentoring, live workshops for your team, and the one-hour AI Power Hour. Every session is hands-on and uses your own work, in person on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane, or online.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Law firms first, then accounting practices, consultancies, brokerages, property and valuation firms, government offices and other businesses carrying a heavy admin load, typically 10 to 80 people. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we work with businesses in Brisbane, across South East Queensland and Australia-wide.
How long does a typical AI project take?
It depends on the size of the job, which is why we start with the AI Scan before we commit to dates. A small system takes from about 30 days to build, and most clients see measurable results within the first 90 days.
What is the difference between bolt-on AI and AI-first?
Bolt-on AI is using ChatGPT or a similar tool by hand: you ask, it answers. AI-first means AI is built into how the work runs, so the repetitive jobs get done without anyone having to ask. You stay in control, and a person keeps the final decision on anything that goes out.
